Services are available to eligible veterans, subject to VA authorization, assessment, clinical requirements and staffing availability.

1. Discuss your needs with your VA care team

If daily routines are becoming difficult, ask your VA care team or social worker about support at home. Explain what help is needed, when it is needed and what assistance family members currently provide.

2. Ask about Armatage Home Care

Let your VA contact know if you would like to explore Armatage as a potential provider. We can discuss our approved services, coverage area and current staffing with the appropriate referral contact.

3. Coordinate authorized care

Once the appropriate referral and authorization are in place, we confirm the service details, discuss scheduling and complete our intake and care-planning process.

4. Begin personalized support

We work with the veteran and those involved in their care to establish clear expectations and a routine that reflects the agreed care plan.
