Transportation can be provided in either the client’s car or the caregiver’s car. Whichever is more comfortable to the client. We check all of our employees drivers license, registrations, automobile insurance, and driving background to ensure that they are able to provide safe transportation.

We are licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection. In addition, all of our Caregivers have been fingerprinted, cleared criminal background checks and are registered with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Long Term Care (LTC) insurance typically covers our services. We can help you review your LTC policy when we start services as each plan is different. 

Of course. Upon the first visit with our company, a comprehensive assessment will be completed where the client’s history, current needs, home details, and personal preferences are collected. This will not only help us in placing an Armatage caregiver with the specific skills that the clients requires, but also assists us in finding an individual who the client will be comfortable with.
